We have been in business for almost 25 years and have performed over 2,500 engagements.
Enspiria Solutions has its roots in the GIS & IT services industry going back more than twenty years. In 1986 UGC Consulting was formed offering GIS consulting and implementation services to North American utility clients. The name UGC Consulting was later changed to Convergent Group to reflect a growing role in enterprise applications, system integration and project implementation.
In 2000, Convergent Group went public on the NASDAQ stock exchange and was subsequently purchased by Schlumberger Limited, a Fortune 500, international company involved in high-tech services for global clients.
In 2003, a key group of Convergent Group/Schlumberger employees, together with Osmose Holdings, founded Enspiria Solutions. Enspiria was founded on the niche of offering affordable and internationally recognized utility expertise to its customers.
In 2004, Enspiria Solutions purchased the Convergent Group business and IP assets.
In March 2010, Enspiria Solutions joined Black & Veatch, a leading global engineering, consulting and construction company with $3.2 billion in annual revenue. Together, Enspiria Solutions and Black & Veatch provide complete concept through completion Smart Grid services, offering our clients a single point of contact for planning, developing and implementing this complex infrastructure.
Enspiria Solutions is headquartered in Denver, Colorado with satellite offices across North America.
