Enspiria Solutions' proven approach for developing and deploying technology solutions is called the Integrated Delivery Methodology™ (IDM). This customized process is based on industry standards such as the Project Management Institute's PMBOK, Carnegie Mellon's Capability Maturity Model Integrated (CMMI), and IBM's Rational Unified Process (RUP).

IDM is a set of standards and specific processes to follow for each project. It consists of a set of integrated practices including:

Guidebooks - Roadmaps for employees (by role) to perform tasks
Standards - Templates for project documents/deliverables
Tailoring Guidelines - Directions for tailoring the standards
