Integrated Business Process Modeling
To help customers re-engineer their business processes quickly and effectively, Enspiria uses an Integrated Business Process Modeling™(IBPM) approach. IBPM takes a process-centric view of the customer's to-be organization. It identifies specific activities that the customer performs and which groups in the organization perform those activities. In addition, IBPM identifies the technologies that support the business processes.
Enspiria's IBPM combines business processes with technology applications in an integrated model to provide a clear view of the business requirements, systems and system integration requirements, process change requirements, and potential benefits to be gained from technology implementation. The IBPM models also facilitate communications with process owners, IT management, and other stakeholders to get their buy-in on the technology and process strategy.
Enspiria's "industry best practice" IBPM model encapsulates Enspiria's experiences from numerous engagements over 20 years, serving as a starting point and encouraging "out of the box" thinking without the emotions that may be attached to certain existing systems and processes. Upon reviewing the best practice model, Enspiria's consultants work collaboratively with the customer to modify the model to suit its unique operating, customer, and regulatory environment. The modeling exercise focuses on the to-be business processes. This approach provides an accelerated pace relative to other "clean sheet" re-engineering approaches that redesign processes from scratch.
