Enspiria's role in the management of data conversion and migration vendors goes well beyond mere management. Enspiria's business model is structured to work directly with the data vendor during project startup (e.g., onsite presence in off-shore facilities), to make sure all aspects of a project's technical specifications are implemented in the project environment, and that these specifications are programmatically mediated to the greatest extent practicable.
Although focused on verifying the vendor's own QA/QC process are in place, it is also part of Enspiria's business model to take each vendor delivery and perform our own rigorous QA/QC procedures, both interactive and automated, prior to delivery to the client.
In the event that errors and omissions are detected that result in the data not meeting established acceptance criteria on the initial delivery, Enspiria and/or its subcontractor will correct the data until it meets these acceptance criteria. The results of Enspiria's pre-delivery QA/QC on each data delivery from its subcontractor are provided back to the subcontractor so that iterative improvements can be implemented in the subcontractor's production environment.
