Operational Maintenance & Support
Once a client's staff knowledge of the system has matured to the point where they are comfortable with maintaining the system internally we offer a managed service contract. The managed service contract covers engineering time for Enspiria Solutions to evaluate questions with regard to adding new capabilities; assessing impacts (compatibility) for upgrading existing software; and resulting engineering defects that are uncovered.
Although the client can perform these tasks themselves, based on our role as an integrator we normally have already investigated most questions and can provide the answer faster, with more detail. Under this Plan the client has the option to implement changes themselves, hire a third party, or hire us to implement.
