Effective program management is an essential component of successful systems integration projects given the complex technological environment, multitude of systems, and sometime competing stakeholder objectives. Enspiria's project management methodologies are built upon the Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) and further refined for the utility industry and public sector through the use of our Integrated Delivery Methodology (IDM).
Enspiria Solutions' project managers are well trained in industry standard project management methodologies and have extensive experience managing technology projects. Our project managers are responsible for managing each project through the five phases of the project lifecycle - Initiating, Planning, Executing, Controlling, and Closing - and delivering projects that meet or exceed technical, quality, schedule and cost goals.
Enspiria uses leading cost and schedule control mechanisms, such as Earned Value Management (EVM), to keep projects well under control and executing to required goals.
